This policy explains how cancellation and refunds work for paid Rasko subscriptions, provided by Rasko Technologies Pvt. Ltd. It forms part of our Terms & Conditions. All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR), exclusive of GST, and are charged in advance through our payment partner, Razorpay.
1. Free Trial
Every new account starts with a 90-day free trial with full access and no payment details required. You are not charged anything during the trial, so there is nothing to cancel or refund if you decide Rasko is not for you.
2. Cancelling Your Subscription
- You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings.
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period (month or year). You keep full access to Rasko until that date, and you will not be charged again.
- There are no cancellation fees and no lock-in contracts.
- Cancelling does not delete your data. To delete your account and data, see Delete your account.
3. Refunds
Subscription fees are non-refundable, except where required by applicable law or as described in sections 4 and 6 below. In particular:
- We do not give pro-rated refunds for the unused part of a monthly or yearly billing period after you cancel.
- We do not refund a billing period because the Service was not used during it.
- Moving between plans does not create a refund for the time already paid on the previous plan.
4. Payments Made in Error
If you believe you were charged in error — for example a duplicate charge, a charge after you had cancelled, or money debited without your subscription being activated — contact us within 7 days of the charge at support@rasko.in.
4.1 What to include
- Your registered phone number or email and store name;
- The date and amount of the charge;
- The payment reference or transaction ID shown in your bank, UPI or card statement.
4.2 What happens next
We will review your request and reply to confirm whether the charge was made in error. If it was, we will refund it in full as described in section 5.
5. How Refunds Are Paid
- Approved refunds are paid back to the original payment method (UPI, card, net banking or wallet) through Razorpay. We cannot refund to a different account or in cash.
- We initiate an approved refund within 7 business days of approving it.
- Once initiated, the time for the money to reach you depends on your bank or card issuer — usually 5–10 business days.
- Refunds include the GST charged on the refunded amount.
6. Cancellation by Rasko
- We may suspend or terminate an account immediately if it breaks our Terms & Conditions. No refund is due in that case.
- If we end your subscription for our own convenience, we will give you a pro-rated refund for the unused part of your current billing period.
