Rasko, provided by Rasko Technologies Pvt. Ltd., is online software used in your web browser at rasko.in and in the Rasko mobile app. We do not sell or ship any physical products, so no shipping charges apply.
1. What We Deliver
A Rasko subscription gives your business access to the Rasko platform — billing, inventory, job cards, bookings, AMC and the other features of your plan — for the period you have paid for (one month or one year).
2. How and When It Is Delivered
- Free trial: available immediately after you sign up — no payment needed.
- Paid plans: your subscription is activated on your account as soon as your payment is successful, usually within a few minutes. There is nothing to download or install other than the optional mobile app.
- You sign in with the same phone number or email as before; your data and settings stay exactly as they were.
- You receive a GST tax invoice for every subscription payment.
3. Where We Deliver
Rasko is available to businesses across India. Because it is delivered online, access does not depend on your location, only on an internet connection.
4. If Your Plan Is Not Activated
If your payment succeeded but your plan is not active within 24 hours, please contact us with your registered phone number or email and the payment reference. We will activate your plan or, if we cannot, refund the payment in full as described in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
