Is the Rasko Android app free?
The app is free to download. It uses your Rasko account, so it's included in your plan and in the 90-day free trial. There's nothing extra to pay for the app.
Do I need a separate account for the app?
No. Sign in with the same phone number or email you use on rasko.in. Everything you do in the app shows up on the web instantly, and the other way round.
Can my technicians use the app?
Yes. Add them as team members and they sign in with their own login. Roles and technician permissions apply in the app exactly as on the web, so a technician sees only the work you allow.
Which phones does it work on?
Any Android phone or tablet running Android 7.0 or later.
Is there an iPhone app?
Not yet. On an iPhone or iPad, open rasko.in in Safari and sign in: the full dashboard works in the mobile browser.
Is my data safe on the phone?
Your sign-in is kept in the phone's secure storage and your data stays on our servers in India, encrypted in transit and at rest. Signing out removes your session from the device.
