Key takeaways
- No single tool is best for everyone. The right choice depends on whether your business centres on jobs, accounts or field teams.
- Service-first tools (Rasko, RepairDesk, RepairShopr, Zoho FSM) handle job cards and technicians; billing tools (Vyapar, TallyPrime) handle accounting and GST filing.
- For Indian centres, check GST depth, UPI, WhatsApp and rupee pricing before features lists.
- Many centres combine a service tool with their accountant’s software.
Disclosure and how we compared
Rasko is our product, so read this with that in mind. We’ve tried to be fair: every tool below is good at something, and we say plainly where Rasko falls short. Prices are as listed by vendors or their partners in 2026, are indicative, and exclude GST unless stated. Check each vendor before buying.
We compared each option on:
- Service workflow: job cards, statuses, technicians, AMC.
- India fit: GST documents, e-invoicing, UPI, WhatsApp, rupee pricing.
- Inventory and billing for parts and accessories.
- Ease of use at the counter and on a technician’s phone.
- Total cost for a small centre.

It can also hand single jobs to outside service partners without exposing customer data.
- Strengths: the job sits at the centre of everything; India-first billing and WhatsApp; simple rupee pricing; unlimited users on the Full plan.
- Limitations: no IRN e-invoicing, e-way bills or GSTR returns; no full accounting; cloud-only (needs internet); no direct Tally export.
- Price: ₹299/month (Jobcards) or ₹599/month / ₹5,999/year (Full), plus GST; 90-day free trial.
